the building service industry – the same knowledge and skill that can assure you a properly maintained

To achieve the CBSE designation, building service contractors must participate in a Certification Program,
which requires their successful completion of a rigorous, full-day exam. In order to maintain their
designation, CBSEs must participate in ongoing educational activities.

The Certification Program is administered by the Building Service contractors Association International
(BSCAI), a non-profit organizing which is dedicated to furthering the professionalism of the industry and
whose membership is comprised of building service companies worldwide. CBSEs adhere to the BSCAI Code of
Ethics, which advocates professionalism and fair business practices among cleaning contractors.

The IICRC is a certification and Standards Developing Organization (SDO) non-profit organization for the
inspection, cleaning and restoration industries. We are an IICRC certified firm with many certified
technicians.

Certification is achieved through BSCAI, by passing a comprehensive one day examination, along with
documentation of their supervisory & management experience, in contract cleaning. The RBSM is a cleaning
professional with the ability to successfully supervise the daily maintenance of your building. The RBSM
maintains a through knowledge of the latest cleaning technology and the most effective methods of managing
people, equipment and supplies.

Healthy High Performance

Diversey developed its Healthy High Performance Cleaning (HHPC) training academy and certification for
building service contractors to help building service contractors implement a day cleaning program with
excellence. Diversey’s program also ensures property managers have access to service providers who are
capable of executing day cleaning with excellence.
